55+ Fellowship
The December meeting of the Fellowship will be held on December 16th at 12 o’clock midday and will be in the form of a soup and pudding lunch.  The speaker that day will be Rev Gordon Macleod of the Stornoway High Church and the singing will be led by James Murray.

Communion
The sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will be dispensed, God willing, in the congregation at the morning service next Sunday 4^th December. There will be a pre-communion service on Saturday evening (3^rd), at 7.00pm (not 7.30!), followed by a meeting of the Kirk Session.

A congregational fellowship will be held in the hall after the service on Sunday evening. Scott Macleod will interview Calum Murdo.

The practical arrangements for the Lord’s Supper will be the same as applied to the most recent occasions of communion.

Anyone who wishes to take communion for the first time is invited to meet with the Session on Saturday evening, accompanied by a friend if they wish.

The Session will also be delighted to welcome anyone who wishes to join the communicant membership by a certificate from another congregation.

Please contact either of the ministers if you wish to ask about, or discuss, anything in advance of the communion services.

Our prayer is that God will encourage in advance all who wish to remember the Lord’s death and that he will bless both word and sacrament to us once again.

Christmas Club - Saturday 17th December 1.30pm-4.00pm in M.A. Hall.
God willing we hope to run an afternoon Christmas Club event this December. This will be for Primary school aged children (P1-7) aiming to give parents/guardians some time out while also sharing the reason for the season as they learn more about Jesus - The Light of the World.

We need Volunteers

If you are interested in helping in any way there are plenty of jobs to do. i.e. donations of baking, donations of craft materials, games, registration, administration tasks, setup and clean up, snack preparation.

Above all please pray for God's guidance and that His Light will shine into the hearts of children and families in our community.

If you are interested in helping please come along to a planning meeting on Monday 21^st November at 7.30pm - Kenneth Street Church Session room.

55+ Fellowship

The next meeting of the 55+ Fellowship will be held on Friday 18^th November at 2.30pm in the M.A. Hall.   The speaker will be Rev. Colin Macleod (Back) and the singing will be led by Calum Mackay (Point).
