Bulletin - Sunday 25th July

Moldova Book Cave 
The Moldova Book Cave is situated in Engebrets Lorry Park, Stornoway beside the petrol station shop. The Book Cave will be open on Saturdays from 10.30am – 1.30pm, July to October 2021 and from March to October 2022. Donations of second hand Christian hard back books, Christian CD’s & tapes, Gaelic Bibles, Cookbooks and Gardening Books in good condition are very welcome. For donations of books, you can contact any of the names below or hand your donation to the Book Cave when it is open.

Bulletin - Sunday 18th July

Congregational Fellowship – Sunday 18th July 2021 
A congregational fellowship will be held on Sunday evening at 8.00pm using Zoom. Mr David Ferguson, who is with us for his ETS placement will be interviewed by the minister.

Bulletin - Sunday 11th July

Creche and Tweenies
11:00 in downstairs church hall. Tweenies children (aged 3-5) can be left by parents as before. Creche children (aged 0-2) parents will be asked to remain with their child in creche at present due to Covid restrictions. All Covid protocols will be adhered to.

If you are wishing to book a place for your child, please contact Fiona Macleod on 07825 000 250 with your:
Name; Telephone number; Names of children attending (details required for track and trace).

You will then receive an information sheet with what to expect at Creche/Tweenies under the current Covid circumstances. If you haven't been to Creche or Tweenies before we would be delighted to see you there!

CRECHE: We are delighted to announce that Creche and Tweenies has restarted. There is space for 10 Tweenies children (aged 3-5) and can be left by parents as before. There is space for 10 creche children (aged 0-2) and parents will be asked to remain with their child in creche at present due to Covid restrictions. All Covid protocols will be adhered to. Creche and Tweenies are both being held downstairs in the church hall at present.

11.00am Gaelic Service in the Seminary and live-streamed on Free Church Seminary Stornoway YouTube

Rev Donald A. Macdonald will preach on ‘Facal na Trath’ from Deuteronomy 31:8.

6:30pm English Service in Kenneth Street Church and live-streamed to Stornoway Free Church YouTube

Rev Kenneth I Macleod will preach on ‘Persecutor Turned Preacher' from 1 Timothy 1:13-15.

 

To attend the English services in the Church: Contact Lorraine Shewan - [email protected] or 07720321081. Bookings for each week should be made no later than 6.30pm the previous Friday. When booking by email please make clear the service or services you want to attend and the names and contact telephone number of everyone attending from your household. If you are making a booking for someone who is not a member of your household you should point this out at the time. For those who plan on attending the services regularly, please make Lorraine aware of this so that she can add your name(s) to the list for each week. However, if you are not able to attend a service you should contact Lorraine to let her know.
