Thanks from the Sailors’ Society
The Sailors’ Society is a Christian charity which supports seafarers throughout the world, both spiritually and financially. Prior to the Covid pandemic, many of our congregations donated Bibles to the work of The Sailors’ Society in Invergordon. Unfortunately, none of the Bibles could be delivered due to the Covid lockdown situation. Following the lifting of restrictions and the resumption of cruises, the Bibles have now been passed on to the charity for distribution among seafarers. The Sailors’ Society wishes to express their heartfelt thanks for the donation of Bibles, praying that the Word of God will be blessed to those who read it.

Thank you from Holiday Club 2022
The Holiday Club team would like to extend their sincere thanks to the congregation for all the practical and prayerful support given.
A fun filled week was thoroughly enjoyed by all, from the youngest to the oldest pirate. We learned some of the lessons from Paul in Philippians as we journeyed through our treasure map to find the greatest treasure of all, Jesus Christ.
We had great fun making treasure chests from egg boxes, telescopes from kitchen roll tubes, and lighthouses from paper cups. We learned Christian songs and played all sorts of games and were supplied with delicious rations from the galley every day.
It truly was a blessed week for all involved and we continue to pray for God’s blessing upon the children who attended and their families. To God be all the glory.
We prayerfully seek God’s guidance as we plan further opportunities for Holiday Club events, hoping to share the Gospel with the community around us.
