Free Breakfast @ The Free Church - Heb Celt Breakfast Outreach
Volunteers are needed for our annual “Free Breakfast @ The Free Church” outreach event on the Sunday morning after the Hebridean Celtic Festival. The M. A. Macleod Memorial Hall will be open from 8:30am – 10:30am on Sunday 21st July 2019 to provide a free breakfast for anyone who wants one. It is a wonderful experience to share the love of Jesus in a practical way, as well as sometimes being able to share a little of the Good News. There are free Bibles and Gospels available for whoever wants to take one, and all are invited to stay for our morning service although there is absolutely no obligation or pressure to do so. Would you like to help? Can you…
• wash dishes?
• make small talk with strangers?
• go supermarket shopping?
• invite people to come and sit with you in church?
• help make a bacon and egg roll?
• help set up tables and chairs on the Saturday?
• speak another language (apart from Gaelic)?
• pour cups of tea?
If you would like to be involved, please speak to Peigi Maclennan or email the church office [email protected]
