Sunday School and Bible Class arrive in church at 11.00 with family, then leave through the side door nearest the hall after children’s address.
Everyone is welcome to the M. A. Hall after the morning service for a time of fellowship.
Tea and Coffee will be served by Elaine and Mary.
There will be a congregational fellowship in the M.A. Hall following the evening service tonight.
Gordon Macleod, Presbytery Youth Worker will be the guest speaker.

Tuesday 7th November from 7.30pm to 8.30pm – Christianity Explored in the M.A. Hall.
We all have questions about Christianity. You are invited to join us where, in following the Christianity Explored resources, some of these questions could be answered.
We will meet for 5 consecutive Tuesdays. This is a relaxed and informal setting suitable for everyone. No prior knowledge of the Christian faith is required. If you know someone who could benefit from these discussions, please bring them along. All will be most welcome.

Tuesday 7th November at 7.30pm – Youth Work Volunteers Meeting in the Kenneth Street Session Room.
All youth work volunteers are invited to meet with the ministers and Ian Murdo Macleod (elder) to share updates, to discuss what support would be helpful, and to ask any questions.
The meeting is open to all volunteers involved with Creche, Toddlers, Tweenies, Sunday School, Explorers, Holiday Club and Youth Fellowship.

Tonight the first Psalmody class will take place in the Seminary following the Prayer Meeting. This will be a fortnightly class for men and women, beginner friendly, and all are warmly invited to attend.

The M.A. Hall will be open for soups, teas, and coffees to give people an opportunity to meet with friends.

Stornoway WfM sincerely thank everyone who contributed to the lunch last week. The generous sum of £1530.00 was raised. This money will be distributed between ‘CVE Scotland’, ‘Release International’ in Nigeria, ‘International Justice Mission’ and ‘International Mission to Jewish People’.
Deaths
We were sorry to hear of the following deaths in the congregation, and we pray that the Lord will comfort their families.
Mrs Marie C. Gillies, Newton Street. We extend our condolences to all her relatives and friends.
Mrs Frances Macleod, Matheson Road. We express our condolences to her son Robert, his wife Maureen with their son Charlie. We remember her son Garry, and his wife Catherine. We also remember her sister Anne, her sons Alasdair and David along with their families.
55+ Fellowship – Advance Notice
The next meeting will be on Friday 17th November in the M.A. Hall from 2.30pm-4.00pm.
We hope to have Rev Donald M. Macleod, North Tolsta, with us as our guest speaker along with our very own Ali Moley to lead the singing.

Christmas Club Saturday 16th December from 1.30pm-4.00pm
Similar to last year, we hope to run a Christmas Club in the M.A. Hall for all children in P1 – P7. Through talks, songs, crafts and games, the children will learn why Jesus came into the world.
If you are available to help on the day, or in any way before the event, we would love to hear from you. Please contact Fiona (07825 000250) or Johan (07887 483992) to let them know. Previous volunteers at the Holiday and/or Christmas Club will be contacted at the beginning of the week.
We hope to hold a meeting on Tuesday 14th November at 7.00pm in the main M.A. Hall for anyone interested in helping.
