Prayer Meetings
The meetings on 4th and 5th September will be concentrating on the outreach to Mackenzie Park, which is due to take place over these evenings. It is crucial that the outreach is couched in prayer, including these times when members of the congregation will be carrying out the distribution of the welcome packs specially prepared for this purpose. Please pray that they will be guided by God and that those who receive the packs will consider them and respond positively. The welcome video can be viewed here https://stornowayfreechurch.com/activities
Our concern is that God will be glorified in bringing lasting fruit from this sowing of gospel seed.
The welcome packs are made up of a small white paper bag with our logo printed on it including the following items:
‘Finding More’ book of real life stories; WFM Recipes booklet; Congregational Newsletter; Invite to church; welcome letter from the ministers; Scripture verse pens and some sweets.
Here are some suggested prayer points:
-Pray for good weather
-Pray for a good reception from the householders
-Pray for grace and wisdom for those on the outreach team
