The Ordination and Induction service of Rev David Macdonald as Assistant Minister to Back will be held in Back Free Church on Friday 11th August at 7.00 pm

Special Collection - Rev David Macdonald: A Special Collection will be taken at the close of all services next Lord’s Day, 13th August, which will be presented to Rev David Macdonald who recently completed his studies for the ministry at Edinburgh Theological Seminary. David, who grew up in the congregation and has been a communicant member of it for several years, was licensed to preach the gospel by the Western Isles Presbytery on Tuesday 20th June. Since then, he has accepted a call to become Assistant Minister of Back Free Church. The Ordination and Induction service will be held in Back Free Church on Friday 11th August at 7.00 pm. We pray that God will richly bless David and his wife Jayne as they commence this new and challenging phase in their lives. Collection points will be in place at each exit door from the church and Seminary, and at the doors leading from upstairs in the church.

Welcome We warmly welcome you to our worship service today. We extend a special welcome to visitors. Please join us for tea in the hall after the morning service. If you are parked in the church car park and staying for tea, kindly check your car isn’t blocking any others who may need to leave. Thank you.

Psalm books and Bibles are available at the front and upstairs doors. We sing unaccompanied psalms, led by a precentor. We stand to sing and sit to pray.

There is a crèche that meets in the hall next door to the church during the morning service. Age 0-2yrs (Creche) and age 3-7 (Holiday Tweenies) both meet downstairs. Families, you are welcome to take your children to the crèche/Tweenies at any time and please remember to sign them in.

Sunday School does not meet today due to school holidays.
