Sunday School Snippet
Last week at Sunday School we put away our usual routine and lesson plans for a wee change. We were delighted to welcome back our former Sunday School Superintendent, Muriel Macleod, before she returns to Cambodia in the next couple of weeks.

We loved listening to her telling us of her mission work abroad and what she hopes God’s plans are for her when she returns.  Muriel’s photos really helped us to understand a little more of what life is like for her in Cambodia. Muriel then answered loads of our questions; we had some great questions!

We as a Sunday School are looking forward to keeping in touch with Muriel when she returns and supporting her both prayerfully and practically. We’re already looking forward to our next live Zoom meet-up from the other side of the world!!

Healthy Gospel Church Gathering - M.A Hall Friday 21st April
This event is being organised for congregations in the Western Isles Presbytery of the Free Church of Scotland, as we look to encourage one another and share in the vision for A Healthy Gospel Church for Every Community in Scotland.

The hope is to bring together as many members of congregations as possible for a time of input and then discussion, with a focus on us hearing the views and ideas of one another. There will be updates on how some churches have engaged with the vision, as well as time to discuss some main topics, give feedback, ask questions and pray together.

The gathering will take place on Friday 21st April in the M.A Hall. There will be refreshments from 6.30pm. The gathering will formally start at 7pm, with two main sections, and will conclude 9.30pm.
