Tuesday 21st May
Basic Christianity discussion group will meet from 7:30-9pm in the MA Hall. Please join us in a relaxed informal setting to explore what Christianity is all about.
 

Friday 24th May
Western Isles Free Church Mission Support Group- A mission evening and short AGM will be held on Fri 24th May at 7.30pm in the Rev MA Macleod Memorial Hall. The speaker will be Caitriana Nicholson. Please do join us to hear Caitriana and to support our work. All very welcome. Donations from the evening will go to Muriel Macleod (Cambodia) and Catriona Macdonald (Peru).


Saturday 25th May
The Ladies Walking Group will be setting off from the car park at the Lews Castle museum at 11am for a walk in the Castle Grounds. All very welcome.
 


Read the New Testament in 2019
For those participating in the Free Church’s Generation Bible Read Through Project, the chapters in the reading plan for this week are Acts 11-16.
 

Free Church Youth Camps:
There are still some spaces on Kincraig Girls Camp (P7-S2), Junior Football Camp (boys P6-S2), Oswestry Juniors 1 (S1-S3), Renfrew Seniors(S4-S6), Senior Football Camp (boys S2-S6) and B.A.S.E. Camp (age 18-23).
 
-B.A.S.E. Camp takes place in August and is for 18-23 year olds. B.A.S.E. (Bible. Apologetics. Service. Evangelism.) Camp aims to support and disciple young people to help them to live as God's people and to mature in their faith. The Camp is based around Bible talks on a variety of topics, focusing on how to apply the Bible and its teaching practically in our day-to-day lives. Other activities on offer include rock-climbing, canoeing, high-ropes course, Fox Lake water park, a trip to Dundee, hill-walking and games. The Camp takes place at the Compass Centre, Blairgowrie, from Saturday 10th-Saturday 17th August, and costs £200.

-Senior Football Camp takes place from Saturday 6th - Saturday 13th July in Dunbar, and is for boys in S2-S6. The guys will be playing a lot of football, along with some other activities like Foot-golf and Laser Tag. They'll also learn more about Jesus - who He is, why He matters, and why He is the greatest prize of all.
